Sourdough (Multiple Flavors)
We started making Sourdough because we had a lot of goat milk left from making goat cheese and found out that Sourdough made with whey in our opinion tastes so much better than normal Sourdough and has a soft texture with amazing flavor. We love hearing suggestions on new flavors but right now we have the following:
•Italian goat cheese made with Italian seasoning and our homemade goat cheese
•Salsa and Monterrey Jack made with Monterrey cheese and local Salsa (Jess Leonard Firehouse salsa)
•Jalepeno and Cheddar made with fresh Jalepenos and sharp cheddar cheese, this one is a classic
•Artisan Plain
•Cinnamon Sugar Goat Milk Caramel. Made with our made from scratch Goat Milk Caramel and Cinnamon Sugar swirled into the dough
•Coffee & Oats with Black Rifle Coffee and old fashioned oats with a hint of cinnamon
•Bacon & Ranch made with thick cut hickory smoked bacon, pepper jack cheese, and ranch seasoning
•Roasted Garlic & Asiago, the perfect bread for an italian dinner… if it makes it that far
•Smoked Gouda and Pablano Pepper, this one is so gouda! Made with Pablano pepper that we smoke for 4 hours and delicious smoked gouda cheese
•Rosemary, artisan sourdough with rosemary throughout and sprinkled on top for an amazing crunchy crust
•Lemon Blueberry made with fresh blueberries and lemon zest
